Data We Collect

None. Stacker does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. The app contains:

• No analytics or telemetry
• No advertising or ad networks
• No tracking of any kind
• No user accounts or sign-ins
• No third-party SDKs
• No internet requirement — the game runs fully offline

Data Stored on Your Device

Your best score is saved locally on your device so the game can display it between sessions. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you delete the app.

Game Center

If you choose to play with Apple's Game Center enabled, your leaderboard scores are processed by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. We do not receive, store, or have access to your Game Center identity or data. Game Center is optional — the game works fully without it, and you can manage it in your device's Settings.

Payments

Stacker is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Stacker is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not share or sell data — there is no data to share or sell.

Your Rights

Privacy regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA grant rights over personal data (access, deletion, portability, and others). Because Stacker collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or port. If you have questions, contact us anytime.

If our data practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect.
